Qhawe was principally a Quantity Surveying and Project Management firm founded in 2007 by Miss Nomaqhawe Christel Mpala. This firm is 100% female black owned and boast of a level 1 B-BEEE category contributor in South Africa.

Qhawe Quantity Surveyors is a subsidiary of Qhawe Development Holdings. Qhawe Development Holdings is the parent to the following sectors in the Built Environment:
• Qhawe Quantity Surveyors – This sector houses Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services as its core business, but further hosts the full multi-disciplinary services in the Built Environment such as Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Town Planning and Occupational Health and Safety Services.
• Qhawe Designs – This is the Architectural wing of Qhawe that also embarks on Interior Designing and Landscape Architectural Services
• Qhawe Construction and Property Development – This is the construction wing in the development of all projects in all diverse Public and Private industries (Health – Hospitals, clinics: Education – Schools, TVET Colleges, Universities: Commercial – Malls, Offices: SMART CITY Integration, which broadly addresses Alternative Renewable Energy)
• Qhawe Investments – Notable is the sourcing of funding for infrastructure wing of Qhawe that has added tremendous aid to different Government Departs in South Africa and Africa as a whole. We source different funding models that give financial leverage of NO- UPFRONT CAPITAL costs to governments and selectively NON-RECOURSE LOANS for Infrastructure Development and further-more Humanitarian Sustainable Mixed-Use Developments. This wing encompasses the Mining Sector and plays a pivotal role in enhancing investment opportunities.
